Club training on as usual tonight 21st January 2013. If you think its not appropriate to drive to the leisure centre or run then please do not attend. There is always another night! If intending to run please wear hi viz, good footwear with plenty of tread, woollen hats, gloves, etc. If you have YAK TRAK or similar grips for your shoes wear them.
If conditions worsen there is the option of running on snow/grass on the football pitch or 6mile park. It may also be helpful to smear vaseline, baby oil, wintergreen or similar on your feet to keep the cold and damp away.
We hope the conditions will improve soon but in the meantime take care.
