Club Marathon Night Out

The club marathon night out will take place on Monday 3rd May 2010 in Bambou TEMPLEPATRICK at 7pm (partners welcome).

Please bring your London/Belfast Marathon medals for club photographs.

If you intend to go, please contact Greg ASAP.

Virgin London Marathon 2011 Entry

Please be advised that the Ballot System for entry into the Virgin London Marathon for 2011 will open on Tuesday 4th May 2010 and closes once 125,000 entries have been received.

As per club rules individuals must register through the official ballot system in the first instance for the allocation of places.

Virgin London Marathon 2010

Congratulations to all 13 club members who took part in today's Virgin London Marathon. Everyone ran exceptionally well over the 26.2miles, with some members making their marathon debut, while two others set a new personal best at marathon distance:

University Of Ulster Magee 5K

Congratulations to Christine Murray who came 2nd FV40 at Magee 5K in 20.11(pb) on Wednesday 21st April 2010. Well done Christine!

London Marathon

Whitehead 5 Mile Race 5th April 2010

Congratulations to Christine Murray who won the FV40 in 33:35 (pb) and also to Irene Downey who won the FV45 in 40:13 (pb). Well done ladies!

Race Over The Glens

The Race Over The Glens which was due to be held on Saturday 3rd April 2010 was postponed due to the recent weather conditions. The organisers have suggested that the event may be rescheduled for Saturday 17th April 2010.

Amanda Goes To Paris

Best wishes to Amanda as she takes part in Paris Marathon on 11th April 2010. Hope it all goes well!

Queens 5K Road Race 31st March 2010

County Antrim Harriers Christine Murray & Russell Hughes were in fine form at the Queen's 5k Road Race in Belfast on Wednesday 31st March. Russell finished 34th overall and Christine won the 2nd FV40 prize.
