London 2014 Ballot Entry

For info the Ballot for the 2014 Virgin London Marathon opens online on Monday 29th April 2013. Also be advised that Sports Travel International, a Dublin based company and not to be confused with a UK firm of the same name, will have a limited number of guaranteed places for London, Boston and other big city marathons, though you will have to book a package with them re hotel etc. and the price will be somewhat inflated. Check their website for details.

CAH Show Support For Boston Marathon Victims

County Antrim Harriers Club Secretary Christine Murray (in the foreground) arranged for especially commissioned T shirts to be worn by the members at the club's regular Wednesday night training session to express their solidarity and support to the victims of the Boston Marathon terrorist attack.

Dick Wedlock Memorial 10k 2013

Christine Murray is hoping to arrange a weekend trip to Glasgow for the Dick Wedlock Memorial 10k organised by Strathclyde Fire & Rescue on Sat 11th May 2013. A well organised event with a ceilidh on the Saturday evening. Highly Recommended. All welcome.
