CAH News Week 2nd - 9th September 2012
CAH NEWS.
Reminder to all members the club Christmas night out on Saturday 15th December 2012 is at Ballygally Castle Hotel and includes a Gala Buffet with DJ & lìve music from Exposure for £36 per person. Overnight accommodation including breakfast is also available for an extra £35 per person sharing either a double or triple room (total dinner & stay £71pp sharing). The venue is booking out quickly so names and rooms if required to Greg asap. Deposits of £15 pp to be paid no later than Wednesday 26th September.
AGM & Awards night on Friday 21st Sept 2012 at 7.15pm in the function room at Ballyclare Golf Club this is to be followed at 8.15pm by a social evening and self bought meal, and a menu is now available for this. Please can as many as possible plan to stay.
Annual Club Membership the year begins on the night of the AGM and our yearly subscription of £20 per member and an updated Membership Forms is due on the night or within 4 weeks of the AGM please.
Any queries or concerns regarding any of the above matters please contact Greg.

CAH - Upcoming Event Dates AGM / Christmas Dinner
The AGM of County Antrim Harriers will take place on Friday 21st September 2012 in Ballyclare Golf Club at 7:15pm. After the business at approximately 8:15pm there will be the opportunity to purchase a meal for those who wish to do so. Menu's etc will be circulated soon for those indicating that they will be attending. Please indicate to Greg if you will be attending.

Inter Club Invitational Race Tue 21st Aug 2012
Hi everyone, for catering purposes Larne AC have asked us to let them know approx how many runners we hope to have out at the Inter Club Invitational Race on Tue nite 21st August 2013 at 7pm. Registration is from 6.30pm at Knockdhu Carpark near Cairncastle. The Entry Fee is £3 and ALL proceeds go to charity.
Post race refreshments at Matties Bar. As this is the first time we have been invited to this event which will have runners from CAH, EAH, Seapark, Larne, Bmena Runners & Glens Runners (ladies 4 miles, men 5 miles) on an out and back course which is suitable for runners of all abilities,
lets have a good club turnout if possible.
Greg will be at the club on Monday nite to give out maps if required and make arrangements for those who need lifts from the Leisure Centre.

Training this week Monday at 7pm as usual. There will be NO official training on Wednesday 11th July 2012. Thereafter training as usual on Monday & Wednesday of the following week.
Races & Parkruns as per Athletics NI calendar.
Names please to Greg if you intend going to the annual club BBQ at 7pm on Sat 28th July 2012 this will be kindly hosted by Gary Montgomery.

Wednesday night training as usual from the Leisure Centre with the option of training run or 6mile handicap race.
