Club Training Week 29th November - 4th December 2010
Training as normal this week meeting on Monday and Wednesday in Sixmile Leisure Centre at 7pm, and on Thursday at 6.30pm at Ballyearl - All Welcome
(Training may take place on the grass this week depending on the current weather conditions)
Waterworks Parkrun continues on Saturday 4th December meeting in the Leisure Centre car park at 8.45am for those who require a lift - This event is free and open to all, please make sure that you have printed off your bar code before attending the race, follow the link on the home page in order to do this.

Club Vests & Hoodies
Club hoodies are available to individually order from Russell at £20 each.

CAH Club Christmas Dinner
There are still a few late places available for the Christmas Dinner at a cost of £30 per person. Could all those who have paid only the deposit of £15 please pay the remaining £15 balance by the end of November.
The Meal choice in brief is as follows: Main Course: Turkey; Beef or Roasted Red Peppers
Dessert: Christmas Pudding or Pavalova (please advise Greg of your choice as soon as possible)

Waterworks Parkrun
The Waterworks Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30am. Could those who take part on a regular basis and who live in Ballyclare, please meet in the Leisure Centre carpark at 8.45am to car share and be ready to leave at 8.50am sharp.
