CAH NEWS:
Club training as usual this week Monday & Wednesday meeting at the Sixmile Leisure Centre for 7pm sharp.
Could we have a good turn out for the Waterworks 5K Parkrun at 9.30am this Saturday (1st June 2013) as Heather White celebrates (dv) her 100th parkrun. Club vests to be worn if possible, and please bring some buns, biscuits or whatever you can to help boost the post race tea/coffee.
For those who haven't ran a Parkrun before, please log on and register your details at Parkrun uk and receive by return your entry barcode. Greg
