CAH club training on Monday 25th June 2013 meeting at the car park at TEMPLEPATRICK roundabout at 7pm for the usual run up Paradise Walk (past Hilton) to the top of the hill, turn left at Ballybentragh Road, down to Dunadry, then left again & back towards Templepatrick & the car park.
