Speedwork Thursday 19th Jan

Christine's Speedwork session at Avondale tonight at 6.30pm.

Saturday 21st January
Saturday morning @ 11.30am long run from leisure centre car park 10-14miles.

Belfast Marathon Relay
Names and £16 asap to Christine for club relay teams for Belfast Marathon.

Larne Half Marathon
Note Larne half marathon is on Saturday 24th March @11am and will follow new route:
Route starts at Chaine Memorial Road near the tower and along Main Street, High Street, Victoria Road, and out the coast. At Croft Road climb heading out of Ballygally new route turns right at first cross roads and up Weyburn Road and out near Matties pub and down towards Ballygally as normal.

Training next week is as normal Monday & Wednesday.
