Long Run Saturday 21st Jan 2011 - Leaving leisure centre car park at 11.30am sharp.
Route out to Ballynure, past petrol station on footpath and out main Larne Road and thereafter take 4 consecutive Right Turns every time you come to a road junction starting with Ballybracken - From here its quite undulating with a few climbs at the start before levelling out. The Road back towards Ballynure can be busy at times so be careful and stop if necessary. Lisa to leave drinks out at rear of Presbyterian church hall.
Total distance approximately 10 miles and those wanting a little further can do a loop within Ballyclare.
