Please be advised that the long run this Saturday 4th February will be meeting in the car park of LARNE Leisure Centre and leaving at 11.30am sharp. We will follow the route around the Larne Half Marathon course and its new Weyburn Road section at Ballygally, omitting the Main street, High Street and Victoria Road sections of Larne town due to shoppers & traffic.
Distance around 11 miles and those wanting more or less can run accordingly.
In view of the colder weather please bring a change of clothes and wear hi vìz running gear due to necessity at times of running the on roads that are without footpaths.
For those who would like to relax in the jaccuzzi, steam room, sauna or maybe swim in Larne Leisure Centre post run, the cost is £5.
