Hi viz compulsory. Warm up with Louise at rear leisure centre at 6.30pm. Thereafter at 7pm option of pyramid speed session with Louise OR training run around top of town usual route of back path. Slower group turn left (fast group turn right n run a lap of riverdale) and thereafter ballyeaston Rd, charles drive, rashee rd, up and down victoria rd, readers park, rathmena park and back through town 2 leisure centre. Run in your groups as best as possible or at least pairs & dont run in isolation. With winter approaching start thinking about wearing hats, gloves etc.
