No official warm up or speedwork tonight so go easy the first mile of the run and use it to warm up.
Hi viz compulsory and with colder evenings wear a base layer (not cotton), another top, and then your jacket. Consider hats & gloves too.
Route for all groups is the top of the town course from back path, riverdale, charles drive, rashee, victoria, readers, rathmena and back. Stay in your groups and on footpaths when available.
Hoodie orders & money tonight or friday latest. New order of club vests due soon plus sample of new tracksuit.
Couple of places still available for Christmas nite out £10 deposit required. A few subscriptions still due and as this includes insurance cover important it is paid asap. Instalments accepted.
