Warm up tomorrow night at rear of leisure centre with Louise @ 6.30pm.
Hi viz compulsory for the run which is the bottom of town from leisure centre, B'nure rd, henryville, millvale, colinview, green rd, mill rd, the park, grange valley, ollardale & doagh rd estates & back.
Stay in your groups and try not to get isolated. Post run first monday of the month coffee with Louise & co at Browns but report back as usual to leisure centre carpark first please for a headcount.
For information inaugural Larne park run this sat at 9.30am starting from Dixon Hall car park Drains Bay and taking in Carnfunnock.
