Monday night training 7pm - warm up with Louise rear of leisure centre at 6.30pm.
Hi viz compulsory for the run which is the bottom of the town route of henryville, millvale, colinview, mill rd, park, grange valley & doagh rd estates and back.
Stay in ur groups as much as possible or at least close proximity to each other.
Races as per NI Athletics fixture list. Dont forget Seeley 10k race Sat 30th Nov.
Support if u can a coffee morning hosted by our members Heather Gault, Joanne Robinson & family circle at Heather's home 41 Carntall Road this Sat 23rd Nov 10am - 2pm in aid of Queen's Cancer Research Centre. All welcome.
