CAH Dates For Your Diary:

Sat 7th Dec: Eileen's birthday bash at greenisland.

Mon16th Dec: Club training nite is our Santa Run ( must wear a santa hat, or something Christmassy such as a piece of tinsel) to be followed at a nearby venue with shloer, mince pieces, pringles and other eatables.

Thrs 26th Dec: Boxing Day social run, meeting at leisure centre car park 10am.

Wed 1st Jan 2014: New Year's Day social run, meeting at 9.30am B'nure Pres church car park, run out to Straid and back. To be followed by a traditional breakfast at Randall's home at 1 Church Road B'nure.
