No warm up or speedwork tonight Louise & Christine unavailable.
For the run hi viz compulsory and use footpaths when feasible. Wear sensible winter running clothing. The course is the upper part of the town - back path, riverdale, charles drive, rashee, victoria, readers, rathmena & back.
Beware from now on of slippy or icy paths/roads, black ice etc. Stay in your groups or at least stay close to each other.
For those going to club night out on 21st Dec all balances payable to me or Irene by 1st Dec latest please.
Also be advised of an open invitation to Eileen Stewart's 60th birthday party on 7th Dec from 8pm til late at the Greenisland War Memorial Sports Club. Stricly a no gift policy but donations can be made if u feel the need on the night which will go to Eileen's favourite dog charity RSVP to Glenn Smart please.
