Christine's Speed Work Session:
Meeting tonight Thursday 26th January at Avondale at 6.30pm. Greg won't be there but please park as normal in his garden area and leave Christine an exit point for fire emergencies.
Saturday Morning Long Run:
Saturday morning long run meeting at leisure centre and leaving 11.30am - 10 miles approximately and whatever anyone wants to add on.
Route:
Out to Doagh, Burnside, Moyra Road, Holestone Road, down past Gibsons at Newmills Road, turn left down Hollybank Road, down Grange Road n turn left at Grange Road which brings you out at the bend on the Ballymena Road. Turn right and back to Doagh and Ballyclare.
All welcome but Text if you intend to come on Saturday so we know to wait on any late arrivals.
