Training this week Monday at 7pm as usual. There will be NO official training on Wednesday 11th July 2012. Thereafter training as usual on Monday & Wednesday of the following week.
Races & Parkruns as per Athletics NI calendar.
Names please to Greg if you intend going to the annual club BBQ at 7pm on Sat 28th July 2012 this will be kindly hosted by Gary Montgomery.
