Club training as usual this week - Monday & Wednesday meeting in Ballyclare Leisure Centre for 7pm and Thursday at Ballyearl for 6.30pm. Waterworks Parkruns continue on a Saturday morning at 9.30am.
Be aware of the weather and the increasing cold spell throught the UK with the possibilty of snow. Please dress accordingly for training in order to keep yourself warm.
