CAH NEWS
For all fully paid up members who can avail of the discounted Christmas function price for the Europa Hotel on Saturday 17th December 2011 - a £15 deposit and names are required this Wednesday 12th October 2011 at the latest. Thereafter anyone else will have to make their own booking. Also please remember 31st October is the closing date for the return of all Club Membership Forms and subscriptions.
RACES
Parkruns at Victoria 9am and Waterworks 9.30am continue every Saturday.
Masters XC at QUB Dublin Lane next Saturday at 11am.
Looking ahead lets get a team out at the Seeley Cup 10k on Saturday 19th November 2011- please plan to attend.
Names to the secretary if you want to take part in the relay at Larne Half or Belfast Marathon.
Club Health & Safety
With the dark nights now upon us please wear high visibility clothing it is essential to be seen when we are out. Hats and gloves optional depending on the temperatures.
