Reminder
Please make sure your completed Membership Forms and Subscriptions are paid to the Treasurer (Irene) before the end of October 2011.
Training News
Training continues as normal however with the advent of the colder darker nights hi-viz clothing should be worn. Also think sensibly and wear hats and gloves, a change of clothing and a towel should be brought for after training.
Races/Parkruns
Parkruns continue as usual on Saturday mornings and other races are as on athletics NI calendar.
Action Cancer
For info Action Cancer Big Bus will be at Dennisons Commercials car park Hillhead Road, this Friday 7th October 2011 from 10am - 3pm.
