Don't forget folks hi viz compulsory on all training nites. Warm up with Louise at rear of leisure centre 6.30pm. Everyone should meet up inside leisure centre at 7pm sharp.
Route 14/10/13 out from leisure centre to: Clare Vets, cross road here & up Bnure rd on footpath. Slower group turn right into Millvale whist faster runners do in & out of Henryville. Thereafter all will proceed via Colinview, Green Rd, Mill Rd & normal route through park & clockwise loop of Grange Valley, Ollardale, Doagh Rd, Huntingdale & Highgrove if desired & back to leisure centre. (If deviating from route for whatever reason please run in company).
A few annual subscriptions still to be paid asap please. If you are going to Christmas night out 21st Dec at Templeton £10 deposits are required. Partners welcome. All monies if applicable to Irene please.
